My name is Kimmie and I am the owner and creator of Emerald Whisk; a designer cake studio.  A lifetime creation perfectly portraying the bold and beautiful elegance you want in any wedding or special event. Whether it be cakes, cupcakes, or cookies, Emerald Whisk has the style, grace, and experience to inspire every party, gathering, and event to be one you and your family will always remember.

 

A graduate of  the 2011 class of The Art Institute of Houston, I found myself traveling around the U.S. to further my knowledge and learn from amazing artists! Getting my foot in the door at the famous Pink Cake Box in New Jersey, I learned an extreme attention to craft and detail. I then honed those techniques in Pittsburgh, which culminated in me landing at an amazing bakery in Lubbock, Texas, where I was able to perfect my skills. After a decade of dedication, perseverance, and love for the craft, Emerald Whisk was finally forged in New Braunfels, Texas.
