Texas Cottage Laws prohibit us from shipping, if you would like to ship after pickup we will provide some helpful tips.
/ DELIVERY
Delivery based on availabilty and arrangement. We will determine exact delivery schedule based on weather and road conditions. Cake and/or desserts will be set out by driver unless otherwise directed by the coordinator. Any stands provided by the party will only be used upon determintation of stability to hold the cake, cookies and/or other desserts. (If we have cause for concern we will make this known during setup.)
/ PICK UPS
Scheduled pickups are Tuesday-Friday 2pm-6pm.
Orders will be picked up from our home in Creekside,
New Braunfels; our address will be provided with invoice upon payment.
​Personalized pickups are case by case and based on our availability.

Once items are picked up all sales are final, Emerald Whisk is not responsible for any damages after pickup and Will Not offer any refunds after acceptance of order. Items not picked up within 24hrs of scheduled pickup will be considered abandoned with no refund unless contacted and a new agreed upon arrangement can be made.
