Custom Orders

A 50% refund will only be given on orders cancelled at least 15 days prior to pickup date, No refunds will be given on cancellations with lesser notice.  If you would like to reschedule your order, we'll attempt to do so if we're available.  All Holiday Pre-sales are final and No refunds will be issued. Once items are picked up all sales are final, Emerald Whisk is not responsible for any damages after pickup and Will Not offer any refunds after acceptance of order.  Items not picked up within 24hrs of scheduled pickup will be considered abandoned with no refund unless contacted and a new agreed upon arrangement can be made.
